Basic but clean. No complaints if you want a cheap central room it's fine.

Very good location; near to Quirino LRT station. Warm showers provided. WiFi connectivity was good. Fairly quiet considering the location. Bed was okay. Cleanliness was fine. Check-in and check-out process was simple. Air-con was good.

Near to all such as transportation, mall, restaurant and very accessible. Friendly staff.
